Sgt. 1st Class Maricus Flournoy, a native of Dawson, Ga., and a Soldier of Bravo Company, 10th Sustainment Brigade Troops Battalion, 10th Sustainment Brigade hard at work on writing up counseling forms and ensuring that his Soldiers are squared away. Flournoy is the Platoon sergeant of 1st Platoon and has teams located across Taji, Liberty and Prosperity, having to ensure that not only are they completing their mission, but that they are ever vigilant in their duties as well. As a very strong platoon sergeant, Flournoy ensures that he spends extra time developing his sergeants and corporals, especially with most of them being located on different forward operating bases. Strong communication capabilities depend upon his leadership, and he makes sure that every user has service and every Soldier works hard to make the service reliable and solid.
