Mr. Brad Blauser, founder of the 'Wheelchairs for Iraqi Kids' Foundation, makes the final adjustments in the orthopedic wheelchair for an Iraqi girl Amna Hamid (not pictured), on Jan. 14 in the Al Rashid Council District building, in Al Rashid District, Baghdad, Iraq. An American family donated the money to buy the materials for the wheelchair; it was assembled by South Dakota inmates, and brought to Iraq by the foundation.
