John Gioia, a native of Buffalo, N.Y., and the senior enlisted leader of Multi-National Division - Baghdad and the 4th Infantry Division, talks with Soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Inf. Div., at Camp Taji, Jan. 14, about Staff Sgt. Jamiell Dominguez, right, who won the MND-B 2008 Non-commissioned Officer of the Year. Dominguez, a medic who hails from Seattle, is no stranger to winning boards as she was the 4th Inf. Div., Forces Command and competed for the U.S. Army Soldier of the Year in 2007. She was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for winning the competition.
