MARINE CORPS TRAINING AREA BELLOWS, Hawaii – The Foot Mobile Charger (FMC) uses its solar panel attachment to recharge the main battery of the unit, July 13, 2014, at Marine Corps Training Area Bellows. The FMC is an attachable device that can be intertwined to fit on a Marine in several ways and charges other power sources, which provides for more energy availability on the battlefield. The FMC is part of the Marine Corps Advanced Warfighting Experiment, a culmination of progressive experiments designed to test potential future technologies, solutions and concepts to future Marine Air Ground Task Force challenges.
