Command Sgt. Maj. John Gioia (right), senior enlisted leader, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, presents his coin for excellence to Sgt. Richard Oster, Troop C. 5th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Jan. 13, at Joint Security Station Ghazaliyah IV in the Mansour District of northwest Baghdad. Oster was presented with the coin for preparing and conducting non-lethal weapons training for the Soldiers of the squadron.
