Louisiana Army National Guard Command Sgt. Maj. Frank R. Huff of Pineville, La., receives the Certificate of Service certificate during a recent Hail and Farewell ceremony at Camp Beauregard in Pineville, La. Lt. Col. Daniel P. Bordelon of New Orleans, La., battalion commander of the 527th Engineer Battalion in Ruston, La., presents the certificate to Huff. Huff served his entire 26-year military career with the 527th. He is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom.
