Thomas O'Hara, a Lorain, Ohio, native, who serves with the 261st Signal Brigade, Delaware National Guard, in the Ironhorse Oasis dining facility on Camp Liberty Jan. 12. Biden, along with Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., came to Baghdad after visiting troops in Afghanistan. During the dinner, Biden answered questions and talked about his upcoming inauguration as vice president.
