An Iraqi student reads a book in a library that is being renovated in the Shulla neighborhood of northwest Baghdad, Jan. 8. Soldiers from the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad recently visited the library to check on progress and assess how the Government of Iraq and coalition forces can provide further assistance to the project.
