Marines and sailors aboard the USS Oak Hill man the rails of the ship while arriving at the South Boston Marine Terminal port for the city’s Fourth of July Harborfest, July 1. The festival, which runs from July 1-7, gathers Marines and sailors as a way to show capabilities of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps team, and allows the services to interact with the people of Boston.
