Kelly, Commanding General, I Marine Expeditionary Force (not shown), for a meeting in Ar'Ar, Iraq, Nov. 19, 2008. This meeting is to advise and assist Iraqi border police during the Hajj, which is the journey to Mecca (that will include entering this area) - one of the 5 Pillars of Islam, to be completed once in a lifetime.
