Texas Gov. Rick Perry offers his congratulations and gratitude to Spc Janice Parisi, of Fort Wayne, Ind., for her service as he presents her with the Iraq Campaign Medal at Camp Slayer, Jan. 6. Parisi was one of six Soldiers from the 1st Squadron, 124th Cavalry Regiment, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, who were presented the medal by Perry.
