The Contamination Control Area is assembled during the nine-day long exercise, “Vigilant Blue,” at the Air National Guard base here in Reno. The base will run training scenarios including: response to simulated chemical weapons attacks, active shooter response drills, and various “wartime” tasks. There will also be “Prepare the force exercises” simulating the deployment of Guardsmen and cargo.
