An MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the “Blue Hawks” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 78, lifts off the deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) for an aerial change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Richard H. Weitzel was relieved by Cmdr. Gregory P. Sawtell. Ronald Reagan is en route to Hawaii for Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2014. Twenty-three nations, more than 40 ships and submarines, more than 200 aircraft and 25,000 personnel are participating in the biennial RIMPAC exercise from June 26 to Aug. 1.
