Captain Claire E. Henry and Gunnery Sgt. Tiffany C. Hudgins, instructors for bilateral training introducing Female Engagement Team concepts to members of the Latvian Armed Forces, share their lessons-learned and experiences as FET and Cultural Support Team organizers during real-world deployments to support overseas contingency operations. U.S. Marines introduced Female Engagement Team concepts to a group of Latvian servicemembers from June 17-19 at Adazi Military Base, Latvia; this introduction was the first step for the Baltic partner to further evaluate the capability for use within their own military.
