Chaplain (Capt.) Douglas Collins meets with Airmen at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Dec. 23, 2008. Collins, who is assigned to the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing Chapel, serves as a chaplain for U.S. service members in Iraq while holding a seat in the Georgia House of Representatives and recently learned he passes the Georgia state bar exam. He often meets with servicemembers patients at their work centers to provide spiritual guidance. Collins is deployed from Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., and his hometown is Gainesville, Ga.
