U.S. Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 125th Multi-Role Bridge Company (MRBC) use Bridge Erection Boats to deploy a ramp bay section of an Improved Ribbon Bridge during their annual training at the Clarks Hill Training Site in Plum Branch, S.C., July 17, 2014. The 125th MRBC has the ability to build bridges that temporarily replace damaged or destroyed bridges to help during evacuations or allow emergency personnel into an area after a hurricane or other disaster. The 125th MRBC can build bridges across large gaps of land and across the water. They are one of the few units in the southeast with the training and equipment to handle this scenario.
