Boatswain's Mate Seaman Victoria Delapena, from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., unchains a MH-60R helicopter assigned to the Warlords of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 51 aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG 67). Shiloh is on patrol with the George Washington Carrier Strike Group supporting of security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
