A Marine with 3rd Low Altitude Air Defense (LAAD) Detachment, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, mounts an FIM-92 Stinger missile launcher as part of a strait transit exercise conducted during Certification Exercise (CERTEX) off the coast of Southern California, June 14, 2014.
