U.S. Army Sgt. Bernina Blackwater, from Shiprock, N.M., and Pfc. Crystal Miller, from Auburn, N.Y., are awarded recognition as the Area Support Group Qatar Non-commissioned Officer of the Quarter and Soldier of the Quarter, respectively, at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar, Dec. 31. Blackwater, chaplain assistant, is finishing up a six-month deployment. Miller, human resources specialist, is halfway through her one-year assignment.
