Sgt. Sean E. Salazar plays his clarinet June 11 during a welcoming reception barbeque to mark the start of the 70th Anniversary Reunion of Honor celebrations on Tinian. The celebrations pay tribute to both American and Japanese veterans of the battle of Saipan and Tinian during World War II. Members of the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band will be taking part in the ceremonies, a parade and various social events.
