Olea, the unit sergeant major, delivers the Colors to the commanding officer at the H&HS change of command ceremony, in which Lt. Col. Karl R. Arbogast relinquished command to Lt. Col. Michael N. Swift, aboard Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., Wednesday. The ceremony of passing the Colors is a formal ritual conducted before the assembled unit and symbolizes the relinquishment of command.
