    III Corps Adopt-A-School program

U.S. Army Spc. Noah Wearmouth, who is from Waxhaw, N.C., helps a 6th grader bait a fishing hook during the III Corps Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion's field day with Eastern Hills Middle School, May 30, 2014. Soldiers with the HHBN spent a day at the Parrie Haynes Ranch south of Killeen with more than 300 kids from EHMS, their adopted school. The III Corps and Fort Hood Adopt-A-School program contributes military resources and services to schools in order to nurture the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth of children in the greater Fort Hood area, focusing on providing Soldier resources to teach, coach, mentor, and inspire students.
