A firefighter with the Virgin Islands Fire Department pulls his truck forward to douse soldiers from the Army Reserve 3rd Battalion, 411th Regiment (Logistical Support Battalion) of Indianapolis June 7 during riot control training outside the gates of the U.S. Virgin Islands National Guard Regional Training Institute in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The riot control training was part of Operation Forward Guardian II, to be prepared for civil disturbances that may arise following a natural disaster. The 3rd Bn.
