Lt. Col. Harry L. Gardner, Headquarter and Support Battalion commanding officer, presents Capt. Anthony Fuhrer, Alpha Company Commander, with the Commander’s Cup after the kayak relay for May’s Commander’s Cup Challenge at the Gottschalk Marina aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, May 29. Each company provided six competitors to race half of a mile, from the marina to a buoy and back.
