Capt. Shawn Cloutier greets Maj. Scott Spiers after Spiers completed his 100th lap in the indoor pool at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Dec. 24. Participants completed 100 laps totaling 5 kilometers in the indoor pool during the Christmas Eve event. Michael Fuller, the 332nd Civil Engineer Squadron Contract Management Flight chief, won the competition with a time of 1:06:20. Cloutier, the 332nd Expeditionary Security Forces Group's Joint Defense Operations Center battle captain, is deployed from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. His hometown is Danielsville, Pa. Spiers, the 332nd Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron commander, is deployed from Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii.
