A group of former Iraqi insurgents are led to a tent by Iraqi police where they will listen to a presentation on the pledge of non-violence contracts they must sign as they begin the process of reconciliation at Patrol Base Doria, Iraq on Dec 21. Reconciliation allows former Iraqi insurgents to renounce violence against Iraqi army, Iraqi police and coalition forces, and allows them to join in the rebuilding process taking place in their communities.
