Soldiers from the Army Reserve 3rd Battalion, 411th Regiment (Logistical Support Battalion) and Soldiers from the U.S. Virgin Islands 652nd Engineer Platoon work together to fix the winch system of a tractor trailer June 3 behind the Regional Training Institute in Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
