Sgt. Jameill Dominguez reports to the president of the board as Command Sgt. Maj. John Gioia returns her salute during Multi-National Division – Baghdad's Soldier and Non-commissioned Officer of the Year board competition for Operation Iraqi Freedom 07-09. Dominguez, a native of Seattle, serves as a medical section non-commissioned officer in charge with Headquarters Company, 2nd General Support Battalion, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division. Gioia is the senior enlisted leader for MND-B and the 4th Inf. Div. Dominguez and her fellow competitors were confronted with the daunting task of having to face eight MND-B command sergeants major as they answered questions to the best of their abilities at Freedom Rest in Baghdad's "International Zone," Dec. 18. Dominguez earned recognition as the Non-commissioned Officer of the Year.
