U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. William Thomas, 577th Expeditionary Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force Squadron structural journeyman, flattens freshly poured cement at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan May 24, 2014. Members from the 577th EPBS, poured cement to secure poles for a new security fence around the airfield. The squadron brings together civil engineering Airmen from across several specialties to perform forward deployed construction work.
