Iraqi citizens enjoy riding Jet Skis after a ceremony reopening Jadriya Lake Park in the Karadah District of eastern Baghdad, Aug. 22. A collaborative effort among Iraqi government officials, contractors and coalition forces, the Jadriya Lake project was in its second of three phases of reconstruction when the lake reopened to the public.
