New York Guard Staff Sgt. Joe Dee stands front and center holding the "Sergeant Joe Dee Combined Arms Team Champion' which was presented to a team from the New York Air National Guard's 174th Airlift Wing during the New York National Guard's annual The Adjutant Generals (TAG) Match held here May 30-June 1. Dee, who retired from the New York Army National Guard in 2007, currently serves in the New York Guard,the state's volunteer defense force. The award honored his commitment to the New York National Guard marksmanship program. Joining the group is Brig. Gen. Michael Swezey, commander of the 53rd Troop Command.
