Volunteer motorcycle safety instructor Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Bradrick Hawkins instructs motorcycle riders to start their engines before performing a maneuvering exercise during the first Military Sport Bike Course at Naval Station Rota. The course, sponsored by Commander, Navy Region Europe, the Navy Safety Center and the American Motorcycle Safety Foundation, promotes motorcycle safety.
