Navy Adm. Mike G. Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, arrives with Lt. Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III, commander, Multi-National Corps - Iraq at Contingency Operating Base Speicher near Tikrit, Iraq, Dec. 18. Mullen and Austin paid a visit Task Force Lightning headquarters and 25th Infantry Division leadership, who assumed responsibility for northern-Iraq earlier this month.
