Maj. Gen. Thad Martin, Adjutant General of the Connecticut National Guard, along with Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman and U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal break ground for a new $29 million, 112,000 square foot equipment maintenance shop on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Camp Hartell in Windsor Locks, Conn. The facility construction project is financed entirely with federal funds.
