Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert, commander of U.S. Fleet Forces Command congratulates newly appointed Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Rick D. West after awarding him with the Legion of Merit medal. West was the U.S. Fleet Forces Fleet Master Chief before being appointed MCPON last week and will be the 12th Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy.
