Command Sgt. Maj. Dennis M. Carey, command sergeant major, U.S. Army Forces Command, shakes the hand of Iraqi Warrant Officer Adel, commandant, Iraqi Non-commissioned Officer Academy, Camp Taji, during the last day of a two-day visit to Iraq Dec. 16. Carey spoke with several of the Iraqi instructors at the camp, and said that he has seen a 180-degree turnaround for the better in the Iraqi NCO since his deployment to Iraq in 2005.
