Sanford, a native of San Antonio and a member of the 341st Tactical Psychological Operations Company, assigned to Task Force Larimar, sets up a blockade in preparation for a Medical Readiness Training Exercise (MEDRETE) as part of the humanitarian civic assistance mission Beyond the Horizon 2014 (BTH) at Barahona, Dominican Republic, May 25.
