A U.S. Army interpreter questions farmers who live in a suspected weapons trafficking area. U.S. Soldiers of 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division and Iraqi soldiers of 2nd Battalion, 19th Brigade, 5th Division conduct foot patrol searches of the Udaim River Valley for enemy weapons caches and transport routes, Dec 11. This joint operation called Hammer Pursuit III is intended to stop the trafficking of weapons in the Diyala province, Iraq.
