Frank Helmick, Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq commanding general, signed over eight Cessna 172s and three Cessna Caravan 208s worth more than $9 million to Iraqi Minister of Defense Abd al-Qadir Muhammad Jasim. Also during the ceremony, the King Air was unveiled.
