Neil Abercrombie, Governor of Hawaii, addressed the graduating cadets at the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s 104th Reserve Officer Training Corps commencement ceremony to begin at the Kennedy Theatre May 19. Thirty cadets graduated and swore an oath to serve their country in the Army.
