The graduating cadets from the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s Reserve Officer Training Corps waits for the spring commencement ceremony to begin at the Kennedy Theatre May 19. Thirty cadets graduated and swore an oath to serve their country in the Army. General Vincent K.
