    The San Francisco Bay Harbor Safety Committee, in coordination with the Coast Guard and local industry partners, evaluates the region's capability to respond to an emergency involving an ultra-large container vessel in San Francisco Bay Wednesday, May 21, 2014. The purpose of the towing drill is to evaluate the capability of existing tugboats within San Francisco Bay to tow an ultra-large container ship.
