Sgt. 1st Class John Snider, the project site noncommissioned officer in charge of the Las Carretas site and member of the 35th Engineer Brigade of Missouri, and Sgt. 1st Class Donald Kelloniemi, the 1430th Engineer Company 1st platoon Platoon Sergeant and the Operations NCO, take a break to discuss the work the Soldiers have completed during Beyond the Horizon 2014 - Guatemala May 5, 2014. "Sgt. 1st Class Snider's leadership is the reason the Las Carretas clinic is ahead of schedule," commented John Findley, the Task Force Oso commander.
