United States Government Regional Contracting Office (RCO) specialists, Department of Public Works (DPW) Engineering, USAG-V, and Italian Contractor projected the installation solar panels on top of buildings at caserma Del Din, an Italian Army installation in use by the United States Army. The solar panels are just one of the changes that the energy management team at Vicenza has been making to reduce the base’s energy consumption according to President Barrack Obama’s energy policy.
