The guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley transitsts the Delaware River en route to Philadelphia to participate in the festivities surrounding the upcoming 109th Army-Navy college football game. The teams of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and the U.S. Naval Academy will meet Dec. 6 in Philadelphia.
