Seabees from Amphibious Construction Battalion Two (ACB-2) Little Creek design and construct a floating handicap ramp. This ramp is a permanent fixture on the pier it is designed to move up, down, back and forth with the movement of the waves. ACB-2 is conducting humanitarian and disaster relief operations as a part of Operation Unified Response after to the 7.0 earthquake Jan 12.
