An U.S. Air Force T-38C assigned to the 96th Test Group takes off on a close air support mission over the White Sands Missile Range during Bold Quest 14.2 held May 3-22. This T-38 variant can support various communications suites that allow it to test communications with joint terminal air controllers on the ground. Nearly 800 military and civilian personnel from eight partner countries have traveled to Holloman to test the real-world integration of their close air support equipment and personnel. Bold Quest 14.2 is the latest in its series and the first to be held in New Mexico. Previous events have been held in Indiana, North Carolina, Florida, Nevada, and Georgia, and internationally in Norway and the United Kingdom. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Staff Sgt. Joe Laws/Released)
