A French Eurocopter EC-735 Caracal hovers while personnel aboard prepare to fastrope down, and a HC-130J prepares to land during Exercise Angel Thunder on May 7, 2014, at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. Angel Thunder 2014 is the largest and most realistic joint service, multinational, interagency combat search and rescue exercise designed to provide training for personnel recovery assets using a variety of scenarios to simulate deployment conditions and contingencies.
