Soldiers and Airmen assigned to Task Force Larimar are supporting the United States Army South in the humanitarian and civic assistance mission Beyond the Horizon 2014. Here, Sgt. Scott Hollobaugh, a native of Ridgway, Pa., hydrates after pouring concrete at a construction site, May 1. The support provided by the Soldiers comprises of engineering works at five construction sites at Barahona, Dominican Republic.
