Felix Matos Rafael, a native of Barahona, Dominican Republic and member of the 5th Engineer Brigade of the army of the Dominican Republic, work on building a school, May 8, Barahona, Dominican Republic. The U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army Reserve, Guardsmen and the army of the Dominican Republic, are working together to provide engineering and medical support to the people of Barahona province as part of the Beyond the Horizon 2014 mission, which provides humanitarian and civic assistance to the residents of Barahona.
